a very bad experience

The seller sent my ordered product to a wrong place. DHL never sent the package to me! The package was sent back to the seller. The seller made a mistake on the delivery address. However they don't want to take the responsibility even in case I provide the evidence for that I gave a correct addreas. They even want to charge the delivery cost (about 5 euros) from me. I did not make anything wrong! How terrible the company is! After many efforts to call them, they found there is no space for them to escape from the responsibility. Then they agree to send the package again.
