It was urgent and it took 2 weeks

Unfortunately my horse started coughing directly before XMas. I ordered a new battery for my Flexineb on the 23rd and asked for a fast delivery. All my Chat requests about the status of the order remained unanswered but I received the invoice on 27th. On 30th I received an email that it might take longer. I received the battery on Jan, 6th only as DPD had a delay also. I understand that it was a bit difficult this Year due to the Xmas days diectly before the weekend but I will not order again at Ströh in future. No hint, no information that you are not reachable at all is not acceptable. You absolutely deserve holidays, don’t get me wrong but in my special case it would have been better to order it elsewhere.
