Slimshop - No customer service, violation of terms and conditions

Seven days ago I ordered four products from their website until payment everything went well, then after payment, I get confirmation of payment and also a few minutes later I got the email that my shipment will be shipped next day. Its six days from that and nothing came I also called to post, and they never received anything for me to be delivered. In websites and email they are writing delivery max 3-4 days but products I ordered never been shipped. Also on the website, you can´t really check the status of your order. I wrote two emails to support of them, and always they just write we will contact you within 24 hours, and that never happened.
If nothing gets solved soon, I will solve it with authorities as its violation of their Terms and conditions.
Don´t recommend you to order anything from them, worst experience with the online shop so far.
