Late and confusing
I turned up 10 minutes before my V-transfer pickup time and the transfer did not appear. I ended up phoning the helpline in Tunisia twice before the coach eventually turned up an hour late. The driver seemed confused about my booking. I was worried that I might miss the flight and I was close to arranging alternative transport in an expensive taxi.
