Long wait on arrival before leaving airport

The long wait was because 3 passengers, booked on the same shuttle service, weren’t due to arrive until nearly 4 hours after my flight had landed. If I had been informed of this 12 hours in advance, I would have arranged another pick up. But bad administration didn’t inform me of this. In the end, the passengers didn’t arrive and I waited for nothing.
