Mallorca transfer - didn't show up + refund

Transfer both ways in Mallorca. On arrival it was alright, because there's a physical place to go in the airport and wait for the transfer (about 1h waiting). On the return they simply didn't come pick me up, and are not answering any requests for refund or explanation (it's been 2 weeks). I had to find a taxi last minute to take me to the airport.
Edit: after adding my review, they processed my request and issued me a refund for the transfer that didn't show up.
