Terrible

We were NOT collected and tranferred to the Airport as per my arrangements with V-Transfers
We almost missed our flight and had to eventually take a taxi (42 €) as V-Tranfer refuse to collect us. We still do not know why? The schuttle came at 7h00 ?(we were not aware of this) even after we requested online and per email twice that our pick up time is at 08h00?
I have requested a refund our the services but have been and still are ignored by V- Trasfer.
