The shuttle bus driver didn't drop us at the hotel

We booked the transfer for 3 people for 21 August. The shuttle bus driver stopped the bus 500 metres from our hotel and told us to walk to the hotel. He didn't speak English, only saying "Fiesta, fiesta".

He showed us the direction and said only 5 min. We couldn't argue so we started to walk. It would be a pleasant walk, but we had our luggage and it was hot and we were tired after overnight flight, so didn't enjoy it at all. All other vehicles were moving, including buses, so we don't understand why our driver refused to go further.

We paid for shuttle service and expected to be dropped off at the hotel, not to walk with heavy bags under the sun. It's not the first time we are using airport transfers, but never experienced such service.
Complained to the V-transfers but no response received. Wouldn't recommend.
