Poor customer support
Unfortunately a very unreliable company once the contract is signed. The communication to get you as a customer is very convincing and reliable. The service until the contract is signed is also very convincing, but when there are problems with what is already installed or still needs to be installed, everything changes.
The installers make appointments that they don't keep or don't even dare to cancel.
Customer service refers you back to the salesperson/technician who has already ignored you once.
The only reliable service is the alarm personnel who respond immediately when an alarm goes off.
I regret signing the contract with verisure because there were enough reliable alternatives on the market.
