First of all the holiday in the hotel Diamond Elite & Spa was great. We had some problems at first night because we were sent to the Stone room in the basement which was absolutely terrible because there was no balcony, room itself was dirty, wet and smells awful but next day we got our room changed and the rest of the holiday was great. Most of the staff was very nice and polite. I have only one very negative experience and it was the guide of your company (young Turkish man). He was absolutely unproffesional and irresponsible. He could not speak English which is terrible representation of your company. He was not able to solve any problem he did not have any information he was so indifferent and worst of all we were told that information about our transfer to the airport will be at the reception (transfer book) the day before our departure so at that day we were waiting and looking for that information whole day but nothing showed up. So in the evening at 21:00-22:00 (our flight was at 7 in the morning) we had to call our guide and he was sleepy and barely gave us information that our transfer will be here at 4:30. That was terrible experience. We visit Turkey every year for 10 years but nothing like this had happened to us. Please change your guides because they are making a very very very bad presentation of your company.
