Unfair cancellation fees & zero transparency”

Cancelled my package holiday to Marrakech 33 days before departure. Charged €862 (40% flat-rate). Refused to provide proof of actual damages or any cost breakdown. Their own AGB (10.2) gives customers the right to challenge — but they refuse any transparency. Very disappointing customer service. Would not recommend.

Please note that this booking was made via vtours international, not under vtours GmbH products with Flex option. For this package holiday with easyJet flights to Marrakech, the cancellation fee was based on the booked product, our partners’ terms, and the conditions accepted at the time of booking. As the trip was cancelled shortly before departure, higher costs applied.
