Excellent Business Coaching / Management Consulting at BASF via WTM

In 2016 / 2017 I had the "unique" opportunity to participate at a personal coaching provided by WTM Management Consulting (Mr. Titzer). In a very professional and at the same time comfortable atmosphere, I was able to improve skills within the targets set at the beginning of the coaching. I very much appreciated the reflection of improvements over time and also challenging question sessions to identify "hidden" aspects. That was the basis and trigger of further self reflections after the sessions and lead to pro-active personal change patterns.
