perfect communication and service

i had the wish to get a certain piano bench. and i found PIANELLI ! on the phone i talked a lengthy time about my wishes and was treated wonderfully, as if Vladimir Horowitz or Keith Jarrett would have called :-) ...... than all went quick. order. payment. tracking number. delivery. top floor. unpacking. putting together. and all in 3 days ! .... and than sitting down and playing the steinway, which suddenly sounded even better than before.
