Wahnsinnig guter Service, gerade für Nicht-Informatiker!
Seit über zwei Jahren bin ich Kundin bei Alfahosting. Der Support mit Ticketsystem funktioniert sehr gut, man kann sein Anliegen in verschiedenen Dringlichkeitsstufen angeben. Hohe Dringlichkeit wurde bei mir immer innerhalb von 20 Minuten bearbeitet. Einfach toll! Die Kundenberater/innen sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und erklären selbst Laien wie mir die Sachverhalte verständlich. Auch zahlreiche Nachfragen werden ausführlich beantwortet.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis kann ich nicht bewerten, da ich nicht weiß, was andere Webhoster an Leistung und Service bieten. Mir ist es das aber definitiv wert!!
Auch wenn man manchmal trotzdem selbst recherchieren muss (z.B. was Wordpress angeht), ist Alfahosting immer sehr hilfsbereit!

Ich bin begeistert und werde ihnen als Kundin erhalten bleiben.

Gute freundliche schnelle Beratung
Ich hatte mal wieder Hilfe nötig mit meinen Webeinstellungen.
Ich rief die kostellose Tel.Nr. von Alfahosting an und wurde gleich von dem Anrufsystem zu einem freundlichen patenten Technik-Berater weitergeleitet.

Alfahosting - Bisher perfekter Service
Ich bin von einem kleinen Webhoster zu Alfahosting gewechselt und sofort war bei einer Webseite klar "Wordpress gehackt und Porn Spam versendet" und das trotz Absicherung.
Mit Hilfe von Alfahosting wurde dies eliminiert. Es gab sogar einen netten Anruf (Ohne diesen Angefordert zu haben), wo noch mal alles genau besprochen wurde. Sinn dahinter: Alfahosting nicht mit Porn Spam zu belasten, was absolut verständlich ist und der Sicherheit beiträgt.
Der alte Hoster sagte auf einen Anfangsverdacht von mir nur lapidar "Ihr Account, ihr Wordpress, ihr Problem. Wir erkennen nichts".
Bei einem zweiten Wordpress System gab es Probleme mit einer URL die nicht erreichbar war und auch hier wurde sofort geholfen. Nach ca. 10 Minuten lief nicht nur wieder das System und war erreichbar....nein, es wurde sogar erklärt was genau schief lief (Es war ein Plugin das Probleme machte). Ich selber hatte etwas anderes im Fokus und hätte mich selber darin verrannt.

Bis jetzt bin ich absolut von Alfahosting überzeugt und hoffe das dies auch so beibehalten wird.

Schneller Service über Ticketsystem
Es ist einfach großartig, wie professionell auf Probleme und Wünsche im Ticketsystem reagiert wird. Selbst eine Beauftragung eines Upgrades ist voll unkompliziert möglich.
