Gute Zusammenarbeit
Nach mehreren Jahren der Zusammenarbeit kann ich nichts negatives an Alphahosting finden. Freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service im persönichen Kontakt. Technisch alles zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit. Probleme, wenn sie denn überhaupt auftreten, werden schnell und kompetent gelöst.
Und zu den negativen Stimmen weiter unten möchte ich nur sagen ... wir sind alle nur Menschen!

Alfahosting-Team Support ist persönlich und ausgezeichnet
Ein Support ist dann gefragt, wenn einmal etwas ausfällt. Dann zeigt sich schnell, wie die Telefonschleife so läuft und läuft und läuft .... . Irgendwann kommt man dann an.
Hier bei Alfahosting ist es anders; einerseits per Telefon anderseits per Support-Ticket - immer mit einem engagierten und kompetentem Team. Das funktioniert auch am Wochenende! Und sofort!

Aber was noch viel mehr aufwiegt, ist auch die Beantwortung von Fragen, die eigentlich nicht die Sache von Alfahosting sind. Zum Beispiel Fragen um ein eigenes Skipt, was fehlerhaft ist. Auch hier ist das Team bereit den Code zu berichtigen und den richtigen Tipp zu geben.

Und beim Gespräch werden einem nicht gleich die „neusten“ Produkte angepriesen!
