Alfahosting - für mich die Nr.1
Ich bin seit vielen Jahren Kundin und bin sehr zufrieden. Tolle Pakete, tolle Leistung, immer zuverlässig. Kundenservice wird hier groß geschrieben und die Mitarbeiter am Telefon sind einfach spitze. Alles in Allem kann ich Alfahosting nur empfehlen und tue das auch fleißig. Vielen Dank !!

Alfahosting wird 17 - Mensch, wie die Zeit vergeht
Erst einmal: Herzlichen Glückwunsch und auf die nächsten 17 Jahre!
Vor 12 Jahren haben wir uns nach einem Webhoster umgeschaut.
Dabei haben wir uns Fragen wie 'Wem kann man vertrauen?', 'Wer ist zuverlässig und flexibel?' und 'Was kostet gute Leistung und guter Service?' gestellt.
Heute wissen wir, dass wir vor 12 Jahren mit Alfahosting die richtige Entscheidung getroffen haben!
Ein Anruf genügt und alle Fragen sind geklärt - Ein Ticket in der Nacht, am Wochenende oder an Feiertagen? Kein Problem, die Antwort ist meist nach wenigen Minuten da!
Auch für den kleinen Geldbeutel bekommt man super Service und Support und das bei uns seit 12 Jahren.

Zugegeben: Den Service habe ich zuletzt vor 3 Jahren wegen einem Upgrade kontaktiert. Nach ca. zwei Stunden war das Update erledigt und seitdem läuft alles problemlos.

Seit Jahren rundum zufrieden!
Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr schneller Support (meist innerhalb von 15 Minuten). Freundliche und kompetente Support-Mitarbeiter. Sehr kulant. In über zehn Jahren noch nie Probleme mit dem Hoster gehabt. Also meine volle Empfehlung.

Alfahosting bietet unschlagbare Preise in Kombination mit einem super schnellen Support rund um die Uhr.
Sogar Kundenfehler kann das Team von Alfahosting schnell und ohne Probleme beheben.

Der telefonische Service von Alfahosting ist ohne Wartezeit superschnell erreichbar! Die Servicemitarbeiter sind höchstkompetent und können auch zur IT-Peripherie weiterhelfen. Die Freundlichkeit der Ansprechpartner sucht am Markt ihresgleichen. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Telefon Support einfach Spitze !
Die Mitarbeiter vom Telefon-Support bei Alfahosting haben immer, egal wann und mit welchem Problen ich bisher anrief, nett, zuvorkommend und vorallem kompetent bei meinen Problemen weitergeholfen.
