Great products, fast delivery, amazing customer support
I ordered twice from Berondi. Each time the communication with Mr. Benjamin Korth was phenomenal: I was given clear information on what is in stock, what is the lead time for non-stocked items, and how long does it take to receive the in-stock items. Not only that, but the communication over email happened quickly, even accounting for time differences between countries on different continents. Each time I ordered I received the items very quickly.

I highly recommend Berondi for purchasing high quality cookware!

Great products, excellent service
I wanted to buy some pots and pans for our new apartment, and contacted the company using their contact form about availability. I received an almost instant response from Mr Benjamin Korth. The rest of the communication was extremely smooth. Once I placed the order, the items were shipped the following day, and arrived even before we arrived at the apartment. Excellent products and service!

Fast Refund
I was not aware of the export tax which they pointed out to me, which also made the purchase price exorbitant. I requested a refund and they promptly cancelled the transaction and returned the funding on my credit card.

Quick delivery, great product at a good price
I ordered this for shipment to Switzerland. Everything was efficient, fast, and exactly as expected. Boxes were all open but that was probably customs. Great experience overall.

Best customer service I’ve received all year
I recently had the pleasure of ordering from Berondi, and I have to say that their customer service was absolutely exceptional. From the very beginning, their communication was top-notch. The Best Frying Pan Ever
My new Proline Frying Pan Arrived Yesterday in great condition. The packing materials used for shipping did an excellent job. Love the the frying Pan, used it last night for the first time, it performed better than I had expected. This pan is everything they say about it, The Bentley of Frying Pans. Great Prices & Awesome Service!
This is my third purchase with Berondi and I couldn't be happier. It ships off really fast and it only takes about 2.5 weeks to deliver to Seattle. Totally worth it and I am 100% sure that I'll be buying from Berondi again. I would give 100 stars if that were an option!

Besser geht nicht: Support-Geschwindigkeit-Ware
Ich habe eine Olivenholzschüssel mit Salatbesteck bestellt. Unaufgefordert kamen kurz nach der Bestellung Fotos. Die Lieferung kam noch keine 24 Stunden später bei mir an. Die Ware auch super Qualität und optisch sehr schön. Besser geht nicht: schnelle Antworten, schnelle Lieferung guter Support, gute Ware.

Just awesome!
This is my second time ordering with Berondi and thus far it's been just as good as the first time. Shipping notification was sent out within hours and if it ships as fast as last time, I'll be cooking with my new Atlantis Dutch Oven in a few weeks!

Seriously great customer service, the first time I made contact with the company, I was inquiring about shipping because that could make or break the deal they offered, I sent a message on a Saturday and Benjamin responded within hours, I was impressed!

Great response times, quick shipping and brand-new products. What's not to love, Demeyere products at around 30% less than the big box retailers sell for. Usually when things seem too good to be true, it's because they are. But in this one instance, it's the real deal. I'm a raving fan!!!!
