Klappt i.d.R. problemlos mit dem Gebrauchtbücherverkauf
Auf Booklooker klappt i.d.R.alles problemlos. Sollte es einmal mit Käufer bzw. Verkäufer nicht gut klappen, kann man auf Booklooker zukommen, sie regeln den Konflikt unkompliziert. Den Abzugspunkt gibt es, da für gebrauchte Bücher keine Kategorie zwischen leichte und starke Gebrauchsspuren eingegeben werden können, was schon mal zu Missverständnissen mit Käufern führt, da "leicht" ganz verschieden interpretiert wird und "mittel" da helfen würde.

Tolle Unterstützung seit vielen Jahren
booklooker.de bietet seinen Mitgliedern und Kunden seit vielen Jahren eine tolle Plattform, Bücher zu vermitteln und passt, auch in schwierigen Fällen / Zeiten die rechtlichen Hintergründe extrem zeitnah an.
Bei Problemen fühlte man sich in den letzten Jahren nicht alleingelassen.

Bücher kaufen und verkaufen

inkl. Käuferschutz der funktioniert
Normalerweise bewerte ich nicht gern Dienstleister. Die meisten Rezensionen sind zu undifferenziert - entweder total super oder absolut mies. Außerdem fällt es mir persönlich schwer die empfangene Dienstleistung zu bewerten, insbesondere wenn alles glatt geht, wie es bei 99% der Online-Käufe ja doch der Fall ist. Aber dieses Mal ging eben doch nicht alles gut.

Dazu sollte nicht unerwähnt bleiben, dass ich seit Jahren regelmäßig bei booklooker Bücher und auch tolle Schallplatten/CD´s kaufe. In all den Jahren hatte ich noch nie Probleme.

Dieses Mal ist das von mir bestellte Buch aber leider mit Post verloren gegangen. Die Verkäuferin hat immer umgehend auf meine E-Mails reagiert (booklooker ist ebenso wie ebay nur eine Plattform). Auf der Homepage ist mir dann aufgefallen, dass es einen Käuferschutz gibt und dieser auch für auf dem Postwege verloren gegangene Bücher greift. Ich habe diesen kontaktiert. Dazu bedarf es nicht einmal einer umständlichen Sachverhaltsschilderung, sondern es reicht ein Klick bei der entsprechenden Bestellung. Booklooker kontaktiert sodann den Verkäufer. Dieser hat in meinem Fall auch sofort geantwortet. Schon jetzt - keine 24 Stunden nach meiner Meldung bei booklooker - wurde mir bestätigt, dass der Käuferschutz greift und ich mein Geld zurückerstattet bekomme.

Also Fazit:
eigentlich geht so gut wie nie was schief
und wenn doch funktioniert der Käuferschutz der Plattform unkompliziert und schnell

Dafür gibt es von mir eine Rezension und fünf Sterne.

Toll,dass es sowas gibt!
Wer Bücher liebt und die Umwelt, kann hier gut dazu beitragen, dass ein Buch nach einmaligem Lesen nicht für alle Ewigkeiten im Schrank steht, sondern es noch oft gelesen werden kann.
Es klappte meistens alles reibungslos und bei Schwierigkeiten wurde auch schnell reagiert.

Wenn alles im Leben so reibungslos funtioniert, dann bräuchte man nicht soviel Bücher lesen ,um zu vergessen was nicht funktioniert, haha
