Fairer Tarif und tolles Projekt
Ich bin soweit mit den Bürgerwerken sehr zufrieden. Der Service ist gut, Preisanpassungen sind fair und die Idee aus Bürgerhand Strom zu erzeugen und zu vermarkten finde ich auch super.

Transparent, bürgernah und ökologisch
Die Preisgestaltung ist absolut fair und nachvollziehbar. Zu dem kann man sich die einzelnen Genossenschaften vor Ort anschauen und sich auch dort engagieren, oder eben investieren. Eine saubere Sache.

Die positiven Punkte:
- Reiner Ökostromanbieter, der also nicht mit Kohle usw. mischen kann weil er keine solche Quellen hat.
- Bemüht sich, "Otto-Normalbürger" am Bau von Windrädern usw. zu beteiligen, was aber aufgrund von gesetzlichen Vorgaben nicht immer ideal möglich ist. Aber das kann man den Bürgerwerken nicht ankreiden.
- Berechnen den Strompreis fair, abhängig davon, was der örtliche Versorger für Durchleitungsgebühren verlangt.
- Auf Wunsch kann man ohne Aufpreis alle 6 Monate eine Abrechnung bekommen wenn man 2x im Jahr den Zählerstand schickt. Damit beugt man hohen Nachzahlungen vor wenn man mal mehr verbraucht hat als zuvor oder die Preise gestiegen sind. Auch wichtig wenn man sich ein Elektrofahrzeug gekauft hat. Und man kann auf Wunsch den Abschlag schon zum kommenden Monatswechsel ändern, auch wenn es bis zur nächsten Abrechnung noch 4 Monate dauert.
- Monatlich kündbar, sodass man kein Risiko hat, wenn's Krach gibt, trotzdem z. B. 2 Jahre angekettet zu sein.

Nachteil:
- Die telefonische Erreichbarkeit ist für Interessenten höher als für Bestandskunden. Geht also in Richtung Vodafone usw. denen mögliche Neukunden wichtiger sind als Leute die schon länger zum Umsatz beitragen. Allerdings, nachdem ich (nach dem erfolglosen Anruf) eine saure Mail schrieb, wurde ich doch noch nach vielleicht ner halben Stunde zurück gerufen, obwohl eigentlich schon Feierabend für Bestandskunden war. Ist aber wohl Glückssache wenn gerade keine Interessenten anrufen. Habe aber wohl höchstens 1x pro Jahr Bedarf da anzurufen. Also nicht ständig Ärger wegen irgendwas.

Die berühmte Frage: "Würden sie erneut zu den Bürgerwerken wechseln?" kann ich trotzdem klar mit "Ja" antworten. Ich war früher schon ein paar Jahre bei nem reinen Ökostrom-Anbieter, aber zum einen wurden die mit der Zeit leicht hochnäsig und zum anderen waren die Bürgerwerke günstiger.
