Service? Gleich Null!
Als erstes höre ich: "Pinnacle? Kenn mich nicht aus! Da ruft dann ein anderer Kollege sie an...."
Der dann:"Joaaa ich könnte frühestens heute um 21 Uhr!"
Nicht dass das an einem SAMSTAG war - NEIN Der andere hat sich auch nach dem Wochenende
GAR NICHT mehr gemeldet!"

Es ist immer wieder ein Vergnügen mit Herrn "XXX" zu telefonieren. Der Mann hat eine positive Ausstrahlung....und ist zu hundert Prozent kompetent. Mein PC, mein Netzwerk und Heimkinoanlage laufen pervekt. LG H: Hunpert

System defekt? Kunde soll sich selbst drum kümmern
Mein Surface hatte mal wieder Schwierigkeiten mit dem WLAN, Herr "XXX" vermutete veraltete Treiber und empfahl den Kauf von Avast Premium für 70 Euro, bei der anschließenden Treiberinstallation stürzte das System ab, ich benötigte den Wiederherstellungsschlüssel, dieser wurde aber vom System nicht akzeptiert. Nun darf ich selbst weiterwurschteln. Insgesamt hat sich Herr "XXX" als wenig kooperativ und hilfreich erwiesen
