Problem mit einer Audacity-Datei
Da ich eine Audacity-Datei nicht mehr öffnen konnte, habe ich mich an Ihren Service gewandt. Ihr Experte *XXX* hat mir nicht nur erfolgreich weiterhelfen können sondern mir auch jeden einzelnen Schritt sehr geduldig und nachvollziehbar erklärt.

Sehr kompetenter Service!
Webcam wurde vom Laptop nicht erkannt und es gab keinen von Medion bereitgestellten Treiber für Windows 10. Der "Expertiger" A. J. hat mich ausgezeichnet durch die Tiefen der Treiber und eines alten Laptops geführt.
Nach den Maßnahmen des "Expertigers" (Treiberpaket installiert und virtuelle Webcam entfernt) funktionierte die Webcam am nächsten Tag wieder!

Systemwiederherstellung & Skype Neuinstallation
Internetzugang war nur noch in relativ langer Zeit über Bing möglich. Skype lies sich nicht mehr öffnen, bzw. brach die Verbindung immer wieder ab. Kommunikation war nicht möglich.

Sehr schlechter unfreundlicher Service und kein Ergebnis
Der Mitarbeiter war sehr unfreundlich und hat kein funktionierendes Ergebnis geliefert. Darauf wurde er hingewiesen. Er behauptet aber, weil er es getestet habe sei alles in Ordnung. Die Wahrheit wird einfach ignoriert.

Half mir weiter ...
Mein Ansprechpartner war Herr Kxxxxx . Anfangsgefiel mir seine Art nicht ganz aber schließlich willigte ich ein die Hilfe in Anspruch zu nehmen , da unser Netzanbieter mir nicht weiterhelfen konnte .
Er grenzte den Fehler innerhalb von Minuten ein und vermittelte mir es verständlich und plausibel wo der Fehler liegt und wie ich diesen behaben kann .
Darüber war ich sehr froh .
Allerdings sagte er mir , das meine noch vorhandene Fritzbox anstelle des defekten Kabelmodems nicht funktionieren würde , das stimmt nicht .
Die Fritzbox läuft tadellos nachdem ich diese angemeldet habe , sowie auch mein Internet .
Trotzdem vielen Dank aber dafür der eine Punkt Abzug .

Als Laie in der Computerfachwelt mit all ihren Programmen habe ich von Dirk Parchmann mal wieder tolle Hilfe bekommen. Sehr guter Programmcheck (was ist notwendig, was nicht) und Programmberatung. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.
