nach 1 Stunde wieder am Ausgangspunkt angelangt
Ich habe wegen eines Verbindungsproblems eines Routers mit einem Repeater angefragt, eigentlich wollte ich die Einstellungen des Repeaters ändern.
Da der Mitarbeiter mit nicht geglaubt hat, dass ich den Repeater ordnungsgemäß verbunden habe, haben wir auf Werkseinstellungen zurückgesetzt und den Repeater erneut verbunden um nach ca 1 Stunde festzustellen, dass ich alles korrekt durchgeführt habe, aber das Problem ein Anderes sein muss. Da konnte er mir dann aber auch nicht mehr weiterhelfen, lediglich vage Vermutungen wie "zu dicke Wände" oder "Störsignale"......
So habe ich mit eine Computerhilfe nicht vorgestellt.

Wiederherstellung Emailentwürfe
Herr Prescher "zaubert" immer neue Möglichkeiten aus dem Hut und ist sehr kompetent in seiner Beratung.
Heute konnten wir zwar das Problem nicht lösen, aber bei allen anderen vorangegangenen Problemstellungen konnte eine Lösung erzielt werden.
Ich kann diesen Berater uneingeschränkt wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Überprüfung Router strahlt keine WLAN aus
Nachdem 2 Service-Mitarbeiter der Vodafone nicht in der Lage waren festzustellen, dass mein Router kein WLAN ausstrahlt, obwohl er eingeschaltet ist, wurde mir bei meinem 2. Anruf Ihre Telefonnummer zwecks Überprüfung mitgeteilt. Ihr Mitarbeiter stellte schnell fest, dass meine Router definitiv defekt ist und empfahl mir einen neuen Router (Fritz Box 6490 Kabel). Diesen habe ich nun bei Vodafone angefordert und bin gespannt, ob ich nach Installierung wieder ungestört ins Internet komme und auch vernünftig mein Smartphone oder auch IPAD nutzen kann.
Danke für Ihr Hilfe und Ihre Geduld, Herr Parchmann.
