Nach längerer Zeit mal wieder ein paar Bestellungen aufgegeben.
Riesige Auswahl und super Qualität, Versandzeit und Verpackung wie immer top und die Preise unschlagbar.
Also wie auch schon zuvor absolut zufrieden und werde hier sicher noch einiges bestellen.

Super Shop
Super Laden. Ich hatte zwar bei meiner ersten Bestellung kleine Lieferschwierigkeiten, allerdings hat sich hier der Chef persönlich eingeschaltet. Die Lieferung kam dann ohne weitere Probleme an.
Es gab noch eine kleine Wiedergutmachung, was man nicht hätte anbieten müssen. Immer wieder gerne.

Seit Jahren große Auswahl und gute Ware. Die Lieferung erfolgt schnell (sofern auf Lager) und problemlos und falls man es benötigt bekommt man auch eine rasche Antwort vom Kundenservice.

Bin seit fast acht Jahren Kunde bei Fantasywelt un d die Mitarbeiter sind noch richtig Oldschool, will sagen: Der Telefonservice ist allererste Sahne, wie man ihn noch aus alten Zeiten kennt.
Das Personal ist reundweg freundlich, hat Ahnung von der Materie, bei Beschwerden, oder Missverständnissen gegeh sie immer auf den Kunden ein, geben gute Tips, also mehr kann ich als Kunde nun wirklich nicht verlangen.
Kann Fantasywelt nur weiterempfehlen und einige andere Firmen sollten sich in Sachen Service eine ordentliche Scheibe bei den Leuten hier abschneiden.

Bester Hobbyshop
Ich bin neu in das Hobby 40K eingestiegen und habe praktisch alles ich brauchte und möchte hier bestellt, mittlerweile an die 15 Bestellungen.
Ausnahmslos pünktliche Lieferungen, super Kontakt und zuvorkommender Service. Auch preislich in dem Bereich der beste Onlineshop den es gibt.
Kann ich komplett vorbehaltlos empfehlen.

Der Kundensupport/Service ist immer zuvorkommen und nett. Kaufe schon seit ein paar Jahren in dem Shop und habe bisher keine schlechten Erfahrungen gemacht.^^

Immer einen Blick wert. Top Kundenservice
Ich bestelle seit mindestens 2 Jahren bei Fantasywelt und habe ausnahmslos nur gute Erfahrungen mit der Qualität der Produkte und dem Kundenservice gemacht. Das klingt surreal weil jeder den generellen Kundendienststandard in Deutschland kennt. Ich würde immer, auch bei höheren Preisen, bei Fantasywelt bestellen weil ich weiß, dass auftretende Problemen im Erstkontakt gelöst werden und individuelle Lösungen ohne Diskussion erstellt werden.
