Sehr guter Shop
Bestelle häufiger bei diesem Shop und bin immer sehr zufrieden gewesen.
Extrem schnelle Lieferzeiten und als ich einmal die Hilfe des Kundenservice benötigte war dieser sehr hilfreich.

Superzufrieden!
Hallo,

habe dort spontan Sonntags bestellt, am Dienstag war der Artikel bei mir - top verpackt.

Ein in der Produktbeschreibung zusätzliches "Goodie" hatte leider gefehlt - was aber nach einem kurzen wie ebenso angenehmen Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice sehr schnell wie kulant ausgeglichen wurde!

Über die Preise muss man auch nicht meckern ... :)

Ich bin begeistert, werde euch jetzt sehr sicher sehr viel mehr auf dem Schirm haben!

Exzellenten Kundenservice!!!
Trotz externer Verpackung war der Spielekarton beschädigt.
Bei der Reklamation wurden mir zwei Optionen angeboten, Preisnachlass oder Austausch. Da ich allerdings schon die Figuren aus den Stanzböden entfernt und aufgebaut hatte, wurde mir ein zweites Originalspiel zugesandt, ich konnte dann den Inhalt des neuen Spiels in den beschädigten Karton umpacken und diesen zurücksenden.
Einen so flexiblen Kundenservice habe ich noch bei keinem anderen online-Händler erlebt! Klare 5 von 5 Sternen

Great store and customer service!
This was my first time ordering from Fantasywelt and I was really pleased with both selection and customer service provided.
There was a minor availability issue with one of the products and they were quick to respond to my inquires and there was also no issue communicating in english.
The order has arrived with only a minor hiccup which I'm chalking up to the delivery company and not Fantasywelt, delivery from Germany generally tends to be problematic for foreigners for some reason?
I'd like to give a shoutout to:Vanessa, Lukas, Sven, Anjo, Rebecca and Rune for their customer service provided (hopefully I've not forgotten anyone else).
Next time I'll probably order from the store in the future again!

Großartiger Service, tolle telefonische Beratung und eine riesen Portion Kulanz!!!
Unglaublich großartige Beratung und mega Service! All meine Anliegen wurden super unkompliziert und kundenorientiert bearbeitet. Inklusive Änderung einer online Bestellung, sofortige Teilrückerstattung und Teilstonierung sowie eine sehr differenzierte Produktbeschreibung und Beratung. Fast als wäre man persönlich im Shop und könnte die Produkte sehen. Zudem einen Ansprechpartner der sich bestens mit den von ihm vertriebenen Produkten auskennt.
