Absoluter Top-Support
Ich hatte Probleme mit der Bezahlmethode bei meiner Bestellung und habe den Support angeschrieben. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und innerhalb kürzester Zeit wurde mir geholfen. Ich kann diesen Shop nur empfehlen! So macht Hobby Spaß.

Einer der besten Online Shops, die ich kenne!
Ich bin seit etwa drei Jahren Kunde bei Fantasywelt. Was als "probieren wir mal aus, ob der Laden was taugt" begann, hat sich mittlerweile in unserer Spielergruppe als "Hauslieferant" etabliert. Es vergeht kaum ein Monat, in dem nicht einer von uns etwas bestellt. Der Kundenservice ist ausgezeichnet und die Kommunikation in (sehr seltenen und oft nicht durch FW zu verantwortenden) Problemfällen ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Angebotspalette wird auch immer breiter und deckt sehr viele Bereiche ab, so dass kaum Wünsche offen bleiben.

Preislich liegt Fantasywelt auf einem guten Niveau und muss sich vor der Konkurrenz nicht verstecken. Die Angebote mit Preisgarantie sind auch welche. Ich selbst hatte schon zweimal den Fall, dass ein Produkt woanders im Angebot günstiger war und einfach nachgefragt. Prompt bekam ich den günstigeren Angebotspreis, obwohl ich meine Kaufentscheidung gar nicht davon abhängig gemacht habe!

Wenn ein Online Shop eine Empfehlung verdient, dann eindeutig Fantasywelt!

Wann immer ich auch nur 1 Spiel bestelle, kommt es schnell und ist auch noch sehr günstig. Auch Stornierungen sind kein Problem. Volle Empfehlung von mir!

I ordered from these guys now for many hundred euros worth of merchandise and I have to say they are awesome, precise and super helpful! If anyone, anytime decides to buy a good tabletop game or anything that is on their pallet, won't ever regret it.
Whenever there was an issue with the delivery (DHL...Deranged Hellish Losers), they helped me to sort out the mess and when a product was unreachable, we could do item exchange for another product with a simple message for them.
These guys are the BEST (Period!).
I'm sure I will be a lifelong customer for them!

Wie immer traumhaft schnell und zuverlässig!
Hab schon ein paar mal bei Fantasywelt bestellt und bin immer zufrieden.
Falls Unklarheiten bestehen (was selten vor kommt) kann man alles problemlos und schnell über email klären!
