Communication has always been swift, and I have received replies within the hour by email.
The web site itself is amazing and the postage is always ahead of time, The restocks are always on time and never delayed beyond description.
My greatest praise would be the price range and the variety of the items they have and the variety of items they have for sale which makes things very affordable.
The only complaint I have is that some of their stock states that it is waiting for an item to be released with no date attached, but the item itself has been out for some time now like the Nolzur line for D&D or the Deep Cuts.

Superschnelle und ausgezeichnete Lieferung!!!
Hallo,

ich hab Dienstag bestellt und Mittwoch Vormittag mein Paket mit allem was ich bestellt habe in einwandfreiem Zustand erhalten.
Besser kann mans nicht machen.

Top Tabletop und Brettspiel Verkäufer
Sehr guter Händler, habe bisher zwar nur Onlinehandel von dem Verkäufer bezogen, aber bisher alles Super. Auch schnelle Hilfe sollte mal was in einer Verpackung fehlerhaft sein. Kann ich nur jedem Empfehlen der keinen "Local Dealer" zur Verfügung hat.

I have been their customer for years by now, and never had any complaints. Fair prices, very fast delivery time, huge stock, very competent and friendly customer service. And on top of that if you would (in a very unlikely circumstance) find an item that is already on the market but they somehow missed it, you can always ask and they WILL restock it ASAP and stick their store discount on top.
Love that store!

Erste Bestellung als neuer Kunde
Ich habe mich über die schnelle Abwicklung meiner Bestellung sehr gefreut. Ebenso über die regelmäßigen Informationen, damit ich stets auf "dem Laufenden" bin (Zahlungseingang, Versandbestätigung und -verfolgung). Außerdem kam meine Bestellung noch in der selben Woche an. Super!! Das hat mein altes Herz höher schlagen lassen (außerdem bin ich immer ein wenig ungeduldig).
Ich hoffe, dass bei meinen zukünftigen Bestellungen der ausgezeichnete Ablauf auch weiterhin aufrecht erhalten werden kann.

Ein GROSSES HERZLICHES DANKESCHÖN an alle daran beteiligten!!!

Guter Service, gute Preise, schnelle Lieferung
Am 30.01.2019 Mittags per Mail nach der Verfügbarkeit von Mage Knight Ultimate Edition gefragt
und innerhalb von drei Stunden eine Antwort halten.
Am gleichen Tag um kurz vor 22 Uhr Mage Knight Ultimate Edition bestellt.
Der Preis lag 10 Euro unter dem Pegasus Preis.
Die Ware ist am 1.02.2019 in einwandfreiem Zustand bei mir eingetroffen.

Bin damit sehr zufrieden und werde dort auch weiterhin bestellen
