vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Sie waren im letzten Jahr im Juni über unser Unternehmen in Hévíz im Hotel Aqua. Dort, wie in jedem anderen Hotel auch, hängt eine Liste mit den Flugzeiten, die jeden Mitttwoch vor der Abreise am Samstag aktualisiert werden. In jedem Begrüßungsschreiben, welches auf den Zimmern liegt, geben wir eine 24 Stunden Notrufnummer an, wo man solche Dinge jederzeit vor Ort klären kann. Ebenfalls haben wir im Hotel, jeden Mittwoch Sprechstunden mit Reiseleitern, wo ebenfalls, solche Dinge geklärt werden können. Zu guter letzt bleibt immer noch die Rückfrage an der Hotelrezeption, die Ihnen dazu gerne behilflich gewesen wäre, so dass Sie nicht in unser Büro hätten kommen müssen. Obwohl wir uns über jeden Gast freuen, der uns in unserem Büro besucht! Da Sie sonst mit uns zufrieden gewesen sind, hoffen wir Sie bald wieder als Reisegast begrüßen zu dürfen .
