Apulien - schön aber laut und überfüllt
Die Anlage ist echt super, auch wenn sie teilweise überfüllt ist.
Die laute Musik vom "DJ" ist jedoch sehr ärgerlich, vor allem mit kleinen Kindern. Das muss doch wohl nicht sein.
In den Zimmern sind sehr harte und alte Matratzen, die dringend ausgetauscht werden müssen.

Von Anfang an sind wir extrem gut von Frau Creyels und Ihrem Team beraten worden.
Die Reiseabwicklung war jederzeit ausgezeichnet, freundlich, kompetent.
Jeder im Team und ganz besonders Frau Creyels machen ihre Arbeit mit ganz viel Herzblut und in einer sehr angenehmen Art, so dass wir uns immer entspannt auf die anstehende Reise freuen konnten.
Selbst kurzfristige Änderungswünsche wurden ohne Probleme zur vollsten Zufriedenheit umgesetzt.

Neben den tollen Angeboten rund um Familienurlaube zeichnet sich reisedirekt.de mit sehr freundlichem und umgänglichen Personal aus.

Irreführendes Angebot , sehr unfreundlich
Das auf der Homepage angegebene Angebot für das Robinson Club Jandia Playa war telefonisch plötzlich um 600 Euro teurer. Die schriftliche Angebot wurde erst gar nicht versendet. Das Telefont war sehr unfreundlich, wenn nicht unverschämt.

Ich war total begeistert und kann diesen Club nur weiterempfehlen!!!
Lange Rede kurzer Sinn: ich buche wieder meinen nächsten Skiurlaub in diesem Ressort und freue mich jetzt schon sehr darauf.
