Arbeit erst beim dritten Mal ausgeführt/ Unverschämte Antwort des Geschäftsführers
Unser Abflussrohr war verstopft, was zu einer Fäkalienüberschwemmung führte. Die Firma war schnell vor Ort und vor allem ein Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und um eine Lösung bemüht. Im Notdienst ließ sich die Sache nicht klären, am nächsten Tag wurde gefräst. Dabei wurde ein Teil der Rohre ausgelassen, mit dem Ergebnis, dass trotz zweier Rechnungen von zusammen mehr als 1100 Euro weiterhin beide Klos und Dusche unbenutzbar waren. Es musste erneut jemand anrücken, was allein schon Stress war für mich als Hochschwangere. Die Spezialhygienereinigung musste nun aufgrund des Versäumnisses doppelt erfolgen, so dass ich höflich um eine moderate Teilrückerstattung bat. Darauf kam auf Nachfrage vom Geschäftsführer, er würde nicht einmal auf die Anfrage antworten, weil sie lächerlich sei. Wie unverschämt ist das denn bitte? Ich hoffe noch auf eine Einsicht, ansonsten heißt es für mich: Nie wieder RohrStar!

Eine Tasse Kaffee
Die Zeit für eine Tasse Kaffee. Solange hat der Job vom Chef selbst gedauert.
Der Mann war pünktlich, schnell und vor allem sauber.
Die Spüle in der Küche war versopft. Das Gerätchen war schnell aufgestellt.
Die Firma hat gutes Equipment. Kann ich echt nur weiter empfehlen.
Daumen nach oben.

Besser geht es nicht!
Meine Toilette war verstopft und ich habe mich im Internet schlau gemacht und viele Preise eingeholt! Es gab Firmen die verlangten 179 Euro netto pro Stunde + eine Pauschale für An- und Abfahrt!

Rohrstar dagegen macht es transparent! Ab 49 bis maximal 259 Euro (je nachdem was verstopft ist), weiß man einfach von Anfang an was für Kosten auf einen zukommen!

SEHR GUTER SERVICE und die beiden Männer haben sich ein ordentliches Trinkgeld verdient!

Geheimtipps waren im Preis mit inbegriffen! NUR ZU EMPFEHLEN!

Abfluss Badewanne verstopft
Sehr netter Techniker der Michael Kruhberth , zügige und saubere Arbeitsweise.Hat alles erklärt wie es funktioniert.Ich bin sehr begeistert vom Techniker Herr Kruhbert. Meiner Meinung nach ein 5 Sterne Mitarbeiter, kann ihn nur weiterempfehlen.

Abwasserproblem
Undefinierbare wiederkehrende Probleme mit nicht einwandrei ablaufenden Schmutzwasswer und Rückstau in alle Becken. Ursache ungeklärt (Spindeln und Kameras durch WC-Abflüsse ergebnislos, da es nach 1- 2 Bögen nicht weiter geht...). Leider gibt es keinen (!) Revisionsschacht um an die Grundleitung zu kommen.
Rohrstar hat sich alles angesehen, keine unnötigen, teuren Arbeiten durchgeführt und einen guten Vorschlag für die Installation eines Revisionsschachtes gemacht. Sehr netter und kompetenter Mitarbeiter! Immer wieder gerne.

RohrStar Berlin: Alles super gelaufen.
Am Sonntagabend versuche ich ein Abflussreinigungsbetrieb zu erreichen.
Die einzige Stimme, die ich super gut gelaunt höre, ist von RohrStar Berlin.
Kompetent wurden alle Daten erfasst. Der Festpreis in Abhängigkeit zum Einsatz ist nachvollziehbar, unschlagbar ehrlich.

Keine Abzocke !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nach zugesagter Zeit kamen zwei nette Jungs.

Wenn ich bedenke, dass im normalen Alltagsleben der Arbeitseinsatz 4 bis 12 Wochen Standard ist, sind 1 ½ Stunden Wartezeit Lichtgeschwindigkeit.

Sehr Professionell gearbeitet. Alles ausführlich erklärt. Mein Wissen hat an wertvollen Information zugenommen. Das Team ist empfehlenswert.
Nach ebay-Art: gerne und immer wieder.

Leistung mit Mängeln
3 Tage nach meiner Anfrage meldete sich die Firma endlich. Die Ausführung der Arbeiten erfolgte sehr professionell. Der Techniker hatte jedoch Probleme, mir die Preisgestaltung zu erklären. Auf die versprochene Zusendung der Videosequenz warte ich, trotz 2 - maliger Aufforderung, bis heute
