Wir haben uns die Tage hier die - SMARDY BLU MIRAN - Wasserbar gekauft . Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Gerät bisher , und ich hoffe , es bleibt auch dabei . Wichtig war es uns auch dieses Gerät nicht über Amazon zu kaufen sondern hier bei den - Grueneperlen . Ich denke das wir hier auch eine adequaten Ansprechpartner haben , falls mal etwas sein sollte . Wenn ich sehe wie hoch das eingangswasser ist , kann einem schlecht werden , darum war es zeit für dieses Gerät . Den tip dazu lieferte uns eine bekannte Heilpraktikerin . Wichtig noch zu sagen ist , das mir mit dem gefilterten Wasser der Kaffee wieder wunderbar schmeckt , viel weicher und Aromatischer

Schnelle Lieferung, super Service
Hi Leute,

Ich bin einer von denen die so gut wie nie Bewertungen geben, es sei denn ich bin positiv überrascht.
So wie hier in meinem Fall.
Ich habe Ware bestellt, diese kam binnen 2 1/2 Tagen bei mir an. Was jetzt nicht sonderlich bemerkenswert ist aber erwähnenswert.
Der eigentliche Grund meiner Bewertung ist der Kundenservice.
1. der Kundenservice/Reklamationsfall verlief per WhatsApp (10 Sterne), ich hatte gleich das Gefühl das es eher und schneller bearbeitet wird als per Mail.
2. Sehr freundlich und schon in der ersten Nachricht wurde mein Anliegen erkannt und behoben (10Sterne)
3. Obwohl der Fehler in der Bestellung zu 90%iger Wahrscheinlichkeit auf meiner Seite war hat die GrünePerlen, es nicht Mal versucht mir die Schuld zu geben, sodass größere Diskussionen (so meine Befürchtung) komplett ausblieb.
4. mein gesamtes Anliegen war in 7 Minuten erledigt.(10Sterne)

Ich bestelle sehr viel im Internet und habe schon ein, zwei Reklamationsfälle gehabt aber sowas positives hatte ich noch nie
