Sehr gute Tees - einige natürlich Geschmachssache - guter Service, der Tee kommt schnell...
Klagen habe ich keine.
Aber mir gefällt, dass es sehr gute, etwas exotische (von der Herkunft) Schwarz- und Oolongtees gibt - Grüntee ist nicht meine, aber vermutlich gilt für sie das Gleiche. Die Lieferung erfolgt schnell, anlass zu Reklamationen hatte ich noch keine. Auch der Wunsch nach Proben (bei Bestellung) machte nie Probleme.

Eine überwältigende Auswahl ungewöhnlicher Tees gepaart mit einem tollen Kundenservice und vielen Infos
Ein Online-Teegeschäft mit einem ganz eigenen Profil und einer sehr persönlichen Note. Es macht Spaß, in dem großen Angebot hochwertiger Teesorten zu stöbern. Es gibt hier viele ungewöhnliche Teespezialitäten aus verschiedenen Anbauregionen. Was dabei wirklich überzeugt, sind die detaillierten Informationen, die zu jedem Tee ausführlich Auskunft geben. Alles leicht verständlich, übersichtlich und liebevoll dargestellt. Hier gibt es immer wieder etwas Neues auszuprobieren und zu entdecken. Der Inhaber ist jederzeit ansprechbar und geht auf einzelne Kundenwünsche gerne ein. Und was das Wichtigste ist: die gekauften Tees schmecken wirklich köstlich.

Seit ich durch Herrn Thomas Kasper‚s emphatische, kenntnisreiche Expertise in die Welt der -vor allem- chinesischen TEE Raritäten eingeführt wurde, ist bei mir die Liebe zum „TEEWEG“ voll entfacht ! Und zu diesen wunderbaren fantastischen Teelandschaften. Man könnte zum Sammler werden ….. da ja, wie Herr Kasper vermittelt, Tee durchaus mit dem Alter reifen kann. Das würde ja phantastische neue Perspektiven eröffnen! Insgesamt MEHR als bloss ein „shop“, … SIAM Tee ist im europäischen Raum quasi eine Kultureinrichtung und überzeugt durch promptes Lieferservice und viel Hilfsbereitschaft bei Problemen.

Beyond magical tea assortiment of overall good quality with fair pricing, accompanied by a fair amount of knowledge about each specific tea and segment. Despite having sources directly from China, I order here quite frequently. Thomas is always pleasant to interact with and typically makes my day, knowing I have tea on the way. Yes, that rhymes! :)

An excellent tea store with an attentive service. I have been a customer for several months and I already got a chance to sample different teas, of much better quality than what I could find near me. Also, the website is a treasure trove of information and a fantastic learning resource. Much recommended!

Sehr schöne Tees für Liebhaber
Der Siam Tee Shop führt einige sehr interessante Tees, die besonders für Teeliebhaber interessant sind. Der Kontak zum Inhaber war einfach und unkompliziert. Ich bat einmal um verzögerte Versendung und mir wurde sehr freundlich entgegen gekommen und dabei sogar noch nachgefragt. Also...der Inhaber ist sehr freundlich, der Versand reibungslos und die Tees sehr gut. Kleines Manko, auch über 50€ Bestellwert muss man Versandkosten zahlen. Sonst alles top.

Very good teas, fastand personal contact
Found the site randomly, the web site has lots of information about the teas they sell and the service is fast and smooth (inside UE) with Thomas always caring for all the process and available. The teas are really good and even unique. Above the usual at a quite good price. You can buy 25 grams of any of them which is very nice for trying. And I received two 5 grams samples of incredible good teas for free. Highly recommended

Great Tea and Amazing Service
My experience with Siam Tea Shop has been very positive and I am happy with the several teas I have ordered from them. I have never tasted such wonderful Jasmine and Yellow Tea in my life before finding this company and am now experimenting with the Pu-erh and others.

Siam Tea shop offers a wide choice of really first class teas. Not only from the well known tea areas, you can also get tea from less known locations in Laos, Vietnam, etc. Thomas offers samples selections too, so anybody can be familiar with selected tea regions and their typical teas. Together with detailed description, very fast shipment and willingness to help the customer it makes one of the best tea shop I have ever met.
It is always pleasure for me to select a tea from this shop and to look forward to tasting it.

Great Tea Shop
I'm very happy with my first experience at Siam Teas Store :) I got my shippment in less than 5 days after placing the order and everything arrived in good condition. Thomas is tea enthusiast, so they are really high quality. He also cares about his customers, as packages are being handled even at night. I even was asked to choose a small gift!

Ich bin super zufrieden mit diesem Tee Shop. Beste Qualität, saubere Verpackung , immer nette Mails, oder auch mal ein Pläuschchen am Telefon. Es werden einfach die Wünsche erfüllt, oder groß drumherum zu reden, und nicht zu vergessen, immer die netten Probepäckchen von verschiedenen Teesorten, wer macht das heute noch ? Großartiger Shop für großartige Tees
Habe im Siam Tee Shop eine Auswahl an Tees bestellt und kann den Shop nur loben. Die Auswahl der Tees ist groß genug um für jeden Geschmack etwas zu finden. Gleichzeitig ist sie noch so übersichtlich, dass man nicht unnötig Zeit beim Scrollen durch Belanglosigkeiten verliert. Jeder der von mir bestellten Tees war einwandfreie Qualität und geschmacklich hervorragend. Der Bestellablauf war einfach, der Kundenkontakt - von der Bestellbestätigung, Nachfragen zu Probepackungen, der Weitergabe der Sendungsnummer - freundlich, zielgerichtet und schnell. Etwa vier Tage nach Bestellung war die Ware, gut verpackt und in einwandfreiem Zustand, da. Man merkt, der Laden gehört jemandem dem die Ware mindestens genauso am Herzen liegt wie die Kunden. Danke :)

Thailand Tee top adresse
Nach meinem Besuch in Thailand wollte ich mir auch hier Tee von dort holen. Bin durchs T Magazin auf Siam Tee aufmerksam geworden. Trotz der für mich erstmal gewöhnungsbedürftigen Seite findet man dort alles was das Herz begehrt! Freue mich sehr dort zu bestellen und vor allem immer über eine Probe :)
Ich kann wirklich nichts negatives über den Laden sagen. Alles schnell freundlich und vor allem sehr gute Qualität! Bin froh dass es immer 25,50,100g Abstufungen gibt!!!
