Super Kontakt, guten Job gemacht

Überraschend gut
Ich bin überrascht, daß es so etwas noch gibt. Von der Einreichung des Flugausfalls bis zum Erhalt der Entschädigung auf meinem Konto hat es gerade 3 Wochen gedauert. Damit war das Geld eher da, als ich von meiner Reise zurück bin. Danke

Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
Die Airline hatte jegliche Entschädigung abgelehnt. Dank SOS Flugverspätung haben wir fast das doppelte vom Flugpreis bekommen. Da war die Provision schon abgezogen. Besser kann es nicht laufen. Ich denke als Einzelner hat man da kaum eine Chance.

Unser Flug hatte 7 std verspätung ich habe Vorort die Bordkarten abfotografiert und SOS beauftragt die Dauer Betrug genau 4 Wochen und das Geld war auf dem Konto.

Zufriedenheit und Geduld
Es hat alles prima geklappt! Aber es hat alles sehr lange gedauert (>7 Monate) - aber das hängt ja auch mit der Airline zusammen!

Ja, das stimmt - das liegt sicher nicht an uns, sondern an der Airline. Zahlt diese nicht aus, klagen wir. Ein solches Klageverfahren kann dann mehrer Monate in Anspruch nehmen.
