Warum sich den Papierkrieg antun, wenns auch anders geht? Unkompliziert, einfach und anscheinend auch das beste Angebot auf dem Markt (nicht mal 20prozent Provision)

völlig unkompliziert mit dem besten ergebnis für flugkunden. ich war am anfang skeptisch aber das ergebnis hat mich vollends überzeugt, man musste nichts tun außer warten bis sich SOS meldet. 100% weiterempfehlung. vielen dank dafür und macht weiter so.

Alles super
hatte alle benötigten Unterlagen noch am Flugplatz hochgeladen und an SOS per Mail geschickt. Ich musste mich um nichts weiteres kümmern. Alle Vorgänge wurden mir zeitnah per Mail mitgeteilt. Auch ein Anwalt wurde mit eingeschaltet, ohne Kosten für mich. Nach 4 Wochen wurden wir über die Zahlung der Fluggesellschaft informiert und einen Tag später hatten wir das Geld aufs Konto.
Angefallen sind auch wirklich nur die Gebühren in Höhe von ca. 20%, so wie angegeben war. Von SOS würde ich mich jederzeit wieder vertreten lassen, bin mehr als nur zufrieden mit der gesamten Abwicklung.

Ich kann SOS Flugverspätung wirklich sehr weiterempfehlen.

Zügig, freundlich und alles wie besprochen. Es gibt keinen Punkt, den ich kritisieren könnte.

Ich hatte den selben Flug auch auf einer Konkurrenzseite angegeben und dort nach Wochen nur die Mail erhalten: "Wir können Ihnen nicht helfen." SOS Flugverspätung hat jedoch alles - wie angekündigt - übernommen, schnell in die Wege geleitet und uns die Erstattung (abzüglich der Erfolgsprovision) sofort überwiesen. Danke!

Einfach Super
Ich brauchte nur die Tickets, Bordkarten usw hochladen. Alles andere an Schriftverkehr hat SOS Flugverspätung erledigt.
Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Innerhalb von 2 Monaten hatte ich das Geld auf meinem Konto.
