1.Klasse-Service!
Wir wurden pünktlich mit einem Mini-Bus vom Hotel in Rom abgeholt und zum Flughafen gebracht. Alles super gelaufen! Preis war auch viel günstiger, als bei anderen anbietern.

Absolut empfehlenswert
Wir haben schon zum zweiten Mal urlaubstransfer online gebucht. Hat auch dieses Jahr alles perfekt geklappt. Koffer holen und zum Auto und eine halbe Stunde später im Hotel !
Perfekt. Absolut empfehlenswert .
Werden auch nächstes Jahr wieder urlaubstransfer buchen.

Hotel nicht bekannt und bei der Rückfahrt völlig übermüdet
Wir sind langjährige Kunden von vtours. Einige Jahre hat alles super funktioniert. Wie bereits in 2014 kannte der Fahrer das Hotel nicht (vtours führt dieses jedoch im Auftrag und bei der Bestellung auf) und musste von uns geführt werden. Wir dachten 2014 wäre ein Ausrutscher und Einzelfall gewesen. Bei der Rückfahrt mussten wir beim Anruf des örtlichen Büros nochmals auf das richtige Hotel hinweisen. Entgegen 2014 war der Fahrer diesmal pünktlich jedoch völlig übermüdet. Er hat mehrmals die Seitenstreifen überfahren und war dann hektisch am Gegenlenken. Mehrer Male hat er sich selbst in den Arm gekniffen, das Fenster geöffnet und als Krönung mit dem Handy während der Fahrt wohl Nachrichten verschickt.
Wir werden uns zukünftig genau überlegen, inwieweit wir hier nochmals buchen. Schade, hat über Jahre gut funktioniert.

Transfer von Antalya nach Belek
Habe diesen Service das erste mal in Anspruch genommen und bin begeistert. Es klappte alles reibungslos. Wir haben den shuttlebus-Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel und zurück gebucht. Sehr zu empfehlen und werde für Oktober den Transfer wieder über vtours buchen!

ich bin begeistert
ich habe den Service zu ersten Mal genutzt. Der Transfer ging von Lissabon nach Ericeira und zurück (jeweils ca. 30km). Beide Transfers haben absolut reibungslos funktioniert. Die Verfahrensweise ist auch "idiotensicher" beschrieben.

Transfer war sehr gut!
Am Flughafen von Chania (Kreta) war TUI Hellas der Ansprechpartner der direkt nach dem Verlassen der Ankunftshalle schon gewartet hat. Uns wurde dort wie üblich die Busnummer mitgeteilt. Die Wartezeit bis zur Abfahrt war sehr kurz, ca. 20 Min.
Auch der Rücktransfer war sehr gut. Die Abholzeit wurde uns per Email an unser Hotel mitgeteilt. Wir wurden sehr pünktlich am Hotel abgeholt, und noch im Bus am Flughafen wurde uns genau erklärt zu welchem Schalter wir gehen müssen. Perfekt!

absolut super!!!
Absolut empfehlenswert. Wir waren 4 Personen und hatten einen Privat Transfers gebucht - kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.
Direkt zum Hotel und zum Flughafen.

Nur noch urlaubstransfer
Wir hatten ein riesen wagen zu verfügung mit klima. Super pünklich einfach nur einmalig. Nie wieder so ein packet transfer sondern nur noch urlaubstransfer👍👍👍👍👍
