Hohe Stornogebühren und keine Kulanz
Auf der Website von Urlaubstransfers war es für mich nicht auf den ersten Blick erkennbar, wie man Hin- und Rücktransfer in einer Buchung organisiert. Ich habe mit dem Tablet gebucht. Dann musste ich stornieren und sie haben mir Stornokosten für zwei Buchungen abgerechnet. Pro Buchung 11 Euro, obwohl ich einen Tag nach der Buchung storniert habe. Wenigstens konnte man bei VTours anrufen, aber die Mitarbeiterin sagte ganz deutlich: "Tja, da sind sie selber schuld und da machen wir nichts." Ich werde wohl noch oft verreisen, aber nie wieder bei Urlaubstransfers oder VTours buchen, weil mich diese Abzockementalität nervt.

Die Hinterlegung der Abholinfo hat sehr gut geklappt.
Weil wir "nur" 5 Minuten früher am vereinbarten Treffpunkt ankamen schrie der Busfahrer ärgerlich herum und schlug mir fast die Abholinfo aus der Hand. Da das freundliche Kerlchen beim Einsammeln der Fluggäste eine Gruppe von 4 Personen vergessen hatte, bekam er über Funk Bescheid und er musste noch einmal von Alcudia zur Playa de Muro zurück fahren wodurch wir wieder insgesamt 2,5 Stunden im Bus verbrachten. Ein Verkehrsschild nahm er mit seinem Außenspiegel auch noch mit und die Hupe war sein bester und wahrscheinlich einziger Freund....

Ab in die Berge
Der Transfer von Palma nach Can Picafort dauerte 3 Stunden weil der Fahrer zuerst in den am weitest entfernten Ort nach Pollenca gefahren ist und damit unsere perfekte Landung um 8h kaputt gemacht hat da wir erst um 12h am Hotel waren.

Alles Gut
Wir hatten den Transfer von dem Flughafen JFK ins Hudson Hotel ( Manhattan ) gebucht. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt.
Am Flughafen haben wir 30 Minuten warten müssen. Für die Rückfahrt vom Hotel zum Flughafen war der Taxifahrer pünktlich vor Ort.

Nach Cala Ratijada
Sind am Flughafen super in Empfang genommen worden.
Zum Urlaubsende 2Tage vorher informiert worden,wann wir abgeholt werden.
Alles ganz toll,jederzeit wieder.

Der Transfer von Can Picafort nach Palma zum Flughafen hat super geklappt, der Bus war pünktlich und das Hotel hat das E-Mail rechtzeitig erhalten. Gerne wieder über urlaubstransfers.de

Transfer nach Playa de Muro
Nachdem unsere Koffer verspätet von einem anderen Band kamen, war wohl der für uns vorgesehene Bus weg. Wir durften jedoch sofort in einem anderen Bus Platz nehmen. Wartezeit 45 Min.. Rückfahrt Super!!!

Transfer Flughafen Palma->Cala Ratjada urlaubstransfers.de
Nach Ankunft am Flughafen Palma den Schalter von MTS Globe (=Busgesellschaft) zügig in der Nähe der Mietwagenschalter gefunden, rasch zum Bus verwiesen worden.
Wartezeit im Bus dann ca. 1 Stunde bis auch der letzte Platz gefüllt war.
Dann Abfahrt zunächst über Schnellstraße, dann die halbe Ostküste Mallorcas entlang auf der Landstraße mit Stops beginnend in Cala Mendia und weiter in Portocristo, Sa Coma, Cala Millor und umkreisen von Cala Ratjada mit Halten in Cala Mesquida und Font de sa Cala. Insgesamt ca. 3 Stunden Fahrzeit statt der angegeben 1h 40min. Ankunft in unserem Hotel nach Mitternacht.
Den Rücktransfer haben wir trotz Vorkasse verfallen lassen und stattdessen einen ohnehin geplanten Mietwagen bis zum Abflugstag verlängert (und Rückgabe am Flughafen gebucht).
