Wir haben den Transfer von Antalya bis Ocukurlar und zurück in Anspruch genommen. Es hat alles ohne Probleme funktioniert.

Fehlende Informationen
Schon der Hintransport zur Ferienanlage war ohne Planung. Es ist klar, dass man mit einem Fahrzeug dieser Größe (Reisebus) das Evita nicht erreichen kann. Glücklicherweise hat uns dann der EIgentümer im Ort abgeholt. Bei der Rückfahrt wurden wir nur darauf hingewiesen, dass wir am 06.06 mit einem Fahrezeug beim Evita abgeholt werden. Dass der Abholpunkt jedoch ca. 1 km entfernt war (und das auch noch bergauf!), wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt. Wenn nicht wieder zufällig der Besitzer des Evitas vorsichtshalber nachgeschaut hätte, hätten wir ein größeres Problem gehabt. Der große Reisebus stand einfach bei einer Bushaltestelle und wartete auf uns, ohne uns bescheid zu geben!!!! Dieser Transfer hat nur durch die Mithilfe des Besitzers des Evitas funktioniert. Für diesen Preis hätte ich mit einer professionelleren Abwicklung gerechnet. Ich sage nur eins: NIE WIEDER!

Alles perfekt. Sowohl bei dem Hin- als auch dem Rücktransfer war unser Fahrer bereits vor dem vereinbarten Zeitpunkt da.

4 Plätze gebucht nur 2 waren frei
Wir haben für 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) den Transfer gebucht. Bei der Ankunft am Flughafen Palma de Mallorca wurden wir zu 2 verschieden Schaltern geschickt, um Stempel abzuholen. Dann bekamen wir eine Bus-Nr. Wir wurden allerdings von 2 Busfahrern in einen bereits fast vollen Bus "verladen" und bekamen dann dank der anderen Passagieren zu viert 2 Plätze nebeneinander. Unsere Kinder nahmen wir auf den Schoß. Der Fahrer hat unsere Reklamation mit "das ist das System" abgetan. Bei der Rückreise klappte, bis auf ca 30 min. Verspätung, alles.

Hatte exklusiveren Service erwartet
Ich hatte bei der Anmeldung zwei kleine Kinder angegeben und hatte erwartet dass 2 Kindersitze dabei sind, dies war aber nicht der Fall. Dann hätte er kein Sprit gehabt und musste noch zwischendurch tanken. Man muss sich doch auf sowas vorher vorbereiten. Der Bus war auch nicht der sauberste. Wir hatten auf eine Empfehlung von unseren Freundn gebucht. Sie hatten beim Transfer 2 Kindersitze, zu trinken und 2 kleine video Monitore wo Kindern Unterhaltung geboten war. Bei uns war nichts außer nur langsamer Busfahrer. Im Endeffekt haben wir mehr bezahlt für weniger Leistung. Würde ich nach dieser Erfahrung nicht weiter empfehlen

Gut gelaufen
Ich habe Ihren Service für meine 73 jährige Mutter gebucht. Sie hatte etwas Mühe mit dem Finden des Busses am Flughafen in Antalya. Und der Fahrer hat das Hotel nicht gefunden, sie gab ihm ihre Buchungsbestätigung, er rief dort an uns liess sich lotsen. Die Abholung hat gut geklappt. Alles im Allem war es sehr gut und ok. Würde wieder bei Ihnen buchen.
