Perfkter Transfer - keine Wartezeiten, sehr saubere Transportmittel, hilfsbereiter Service - besser kann man es nicht machen!!!! Vielen vielen Dank
Beim Pickup vom Hotel war der shuttlebus sogar 15min vor der besprochenen Zeit da... Mitteilung zum Pickup unaufgefordert 4 Tage davor per nachricht ins Zimmer - TOLL

Reisetransfer
Leider wurden wir nicht benachrichtigt ob und wann wir zum rücktransfer abgeholt werden. Dies erfuhren wir am Abend vor Abreise, nachdem wir die Notfallnummer kontaktierten. Die Fahrt war dann angenehm und zufriedenstellend.

Verlässlich und gut
Der Transfer hat reibungslos und ohne Zeitverzögerung geklappt. Allerdings war der Bus auf der Hintour etwas klapprig. Beim Rücktransfer war der Bus in Ordnung. Wir würden diesen Service wieder nutzen.

eigentlich perfekt, aber ...
habe nun zum zweiten Male einen privaten Transfer in der Dom.Republik (Punta Cana) gebucht. Die Transfers vom Flughafen zum Hotel und umgekehrt erfolgten in einer äußerst zufriedenstellenden Qualität (betrifft Pünktlichkeit, Fahrzeug und Fahrer). Das, was wie bei der ersten Buchung wieder nicht funktioniert hat, war die Information über die Abholzeit am Hotel beim Rückflug, auch ein Anruf bei der angegebenen Telefonnummer des örtlichen Vertragspartners brachte nichts, da konnte man zwar auf den Anrufbeantworter sprechen, aber das wars dann auch. In der Konsequenz bedeutete dies für mich, man setzt sich auf gut Glück zu einer Zeit in die Lobby, wo auch die Gäste mit gleicher Flugverbindung abgeholt werden und hofft, es werde gutgehen. Verläßliche Planung und Information sieht anders aus.

Transfer Antalya - Side und zurück
Verlief alles reibungslos. Ich nehm diesen Service jetzt schon das 6. Jahr in Anspruch und noch nie ist etwas schief gelaufen. Die Fahrer sind stets sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und man fühlt sich sicher im Bus.
Einfach nur top, deshalb 5 verdiente Sterne.
