Netter Fahrer, etwas zu pünktlich
Ehr Früh würden wir bereits vom Hotel abgeholt, sodass wir noch über 3h am Flughafen verharren mussten. Sicherlich möchte sich hier die Firma bezüglich Staus etc absichern und das ist vollkommen in Ordnung
Der Fahrer war sehr nett und zeigte uns mit seiner kommunikativen Art noch einige Teile Londons, wo wir zufällig nicht waren und erfuhren wissenswerte Fakten von ihm

Perfekter Transfer
Perfekt durchorganisierter Transfer.
Pünktliche Abholung vom Flughafen, kompetenter Transport in einem Van zum Clubhotel. Der Club wusste auch Bescheid von urlaubstransfer, dass wir über urlaubstransfer gebucht hatten.
Einen Tag vor Abreise kam per fax, wann wir am abreisetag abgeholt werden.
Kann es uneingeschränkt Super empfehlen!!!!!

Super zuverlässiger Transfer
Hallo, nachdem ich mein Gepäck am Flughafen hatte bekam ich von einer sehr netten Frau meinen Bus zugewiesen. Die Fahrt zum Hotel war unmittelbar nach der Ankunft am Airport, 1 std später begann mein Urlaub! 1 Tag vor Abreise erfuhr ich dann telef die Abfahrtzeit zum Flughafen. Mit 10 min Verspätung wurde ich vom Hotel abgeholt. Fahrt zum Airport wieder super. Ich würde immer wieder ihren Transfer in Anspruch nehmen 😊😊. Danke

Auch beim zweiten Mal perfekt
Ich habe zum zweiten Mal über Urlaubstransfers meinen Transfer am Urlaubsort organisiert. Die Abwicklung vor Ort ist perfekt. Bei Ankunft meldete ich mich am tui-Schalter und schon gings los. Zwei Tage vor Abreise erhielt ich ein Fax in mein Hotel mit der Abholzeit. Auch der Rücktransfer erfolgte völlig reibungslos.
Der telefonische Service in Deutschland ist übrigens auch sehr freundlich und kompetent.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden und werde auch den nächsten Transfer über Urlaubstransfers buchen.

Alles super geklappt aber...
... da wir Privat untergebracht waren, war es schwierig an die Abholzenden zu gelangen. Wir haben zwar ein Hotel benannt wo wir abgesetzt werden wollen bei der Hinfahrt, das heißt aber noch lange nicht das man da auch wohnt. Somit wurde das Fax vom Hotel einfach mal in den Müll geworfen. Einfacher wäre es doch eine E-Mail oder nachbessern eine SMS zu versenden. So sind alle auf der sicheren Seite.

Wir hoffen das Sie Ihren Service dahingehend etwas nachbessern und werden wieder mit Ihnen fahren.

Fast perfekt!
Hat alles fast reibungslos funktioniert. Nur die Bekanntgabe/Bestätigung der Abfahrtszeit vor Ort hat gefehlt. So musste ich extra bei der Agentur in Hammamet (Tunesien) anrufen, um zu wissen wann ich abgeholt werde.

Transfer auf Djerba
Da unsere Koffer nicht im Flieger waren hat es lange gedauert, bis wir endlich aus der ankunftshalle kamen, aber der Fahrer hat geduldig gewartet. Auch der rücktransfer war super.
