Alle geklappt wie gewünscht, vielen Dank! Eine Bitte um Service-Erweiterung: Taxi-Buchung sollte auch einfach möglich sein für Transport vom Schiff ins Hotel - oder umgekehrt.

Bei der Ankunft am Flughafen mussten wir uns durchfragen ob überhaupt jemand für uns zuständig ist!! Dann mussten wir 1 Stunde auf den Bus warten!! Dieser Bus war defekt, sodass wir nochmals 2 Stunden warten mussten bis wir endlich den. Flughafen verlassen konnten um nach über 3 Stunden in unserem Hotel anzukommen!!

Bitte beachten Sie, dass es bei Shuttle-Transfers zu einer Wartezeit am Flughafen von bis zu einer Stunde kommen kann. Diese Information finden Sie auf unserer Website und in unseren AGB. Wir bedauern, dass es zusätzlich zu einer weiteren Verzögerung aufgrund eines defekten Busses kam, hoffen aber, dass Sie dennoch einen schönen Urlaub hatten.

Transfer von Palma de Mallorca nach Colonia Sant Jordi
Wurden nicht wie angekündigt in der Ankunftshalle abgeholt.
Mussten uns erst durchfragen, bis wir am richtigen Schalter waren. Transfer hin und zurück hat dann gut geklappt

extrem lange Wartezeit und chaotische Abholung
Wartezeit 1,5 h im stehenden Bus und weitere 1,5 h Fahrt bis endlich im Hotel.
Bei Rückreise kein Fax zur Abholung erhalten- und durch telefonische Anfrage vom Hotel, Abholzeit 11:25 h erhalten. Am nächsten Morgen kam der Bus zur Abholung bereits um 10:10 h. Nur durch die professionelle Hilfe durch das Hotel kam ich rechtzeitig zum Flughafen;

Sehr freundlich. Unser Flug hatte zwei Stunden Verspätung . Trotzdem sind wir stressfrei ins unsere Hotel angekommen . Auch was Pünktlichkeit angeht . Und was mich zuerst bisschen skeptisch gemacht hat , war der Preis . Im Gegensatz zu den anderen Anbieter , war der Preis sehr Kompromisvoll. Im vollen und ganzen gerne wieder .

pünkliche Abholung am Flughafen, zeitgerechte und stressfreie Organisation des Transfers vom Hotel zum Rückflug.

Wartezeiten für den Transfer weiterer Gäste im akzeptablen Bereich.
