Abholung 22.3. Kleinbus (ca. 10 Gäste) püntktlich und bei 3 Hotelanfahrten in weniger als 60 Minuten im Hotel. Rückfahrt für Abflug 20.15 Uhr um 16,45 h angekündigt, an 16.55 h größerer Bus ca. 15-20 Leute, 'einsammeln' bis 17.30 h, an Terminal 2 - 18.30 h. Stau (z.Zt. wohl dauernd) wegen Strassenbaustelle 'Expo 2016'. Zurück also recht knapp....

Sehr gut gefahren
Transfer für vier Personen in Ägypten vom Flughafen Hurghada zum Club Magic Life und zurück!

Wir wurden schon vor dem Zoll von einem freundlichen, sehr gut Deutsch sprechenden Mitarbeiter abgeholt.
Der hat zusammen mit uns alle Einreiseformalitäten erledigt.
Nachdem wir unsere Koffer bekommen haben sind wir zusammen zu einem guten Kleinbus gegangen. Der Transfer von ca. 50 Minuten war sehr kurzweilig, da wir nicht nur einen Fahrer hatten, sondern zusätzlich einen Mitarbeiter, der uns eine Menge über das Land und die Leute zu berichten wusste!
Sehr sehr gut!
Zur Rückfahrt kam der Wagen ( wieder ein guter Kleinbus) überpüntlich, wartete aber geduldig, bis wir alle Dinge im Club erledigt hatten!

Uhrzeit Abholung vom Hotel
Geplant war lt. Bestätigungsschreiben die Abholung vom Hotel um ca. 10Uhr, wir wurden allerdings erst um 10:45Uhr abgeholt. Die Warterei nervt! Transfer Flughafen-Hotel hat hingegen super geklappt!

Alles bestens!
Wir mussten kurzfristig umbuchen und haben noch vor Abflug die neuen Zeiten durchgegeben. Es hat alles bestens gepasst. Auch beim Rücktransfer war alles Super. Der Fahrer war überpünktlich.

Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Wir bedauern, dass der Rücktransfer nicht nach Ihren Vorstellungen stattgefunden hat. Bei einem gebuchten Shuttle/Sammeltransfer werden die Abholzeiten so geplant, dass alle Kunden ca. 2h vor Abflug am Flughafen eintreffen.

leider nicht geklappt...
Leider war der Fahrer zu früh vor der vereinbarten Zeit dort und ist dann - nachdem er sich einen Stempel von der Rezeption geholt hat - wieder abgefahren.... Da gibt es Potential nach oben!

mangelhafte Transferleistung El Gouna
Zu lange Wartezeit am Flughafen ; Auto zu klein für 2 Personen und angemeldetes Golfgepäck/Gepäck ; Fahrer ohne Orientierung, fand das Hotel Steigenberger El Gouna nicht. Auch auf Rücktransfer zu kleines Auto und sogar eine Person(Reiseleiter) mehr.
