durchweg empfehlenswert
Auf dem Voucher stand, dass für den Rücktransfer zum Flughafen automatisch ein Fax bzw. eine E-Mail an unser Hotel geschickt wird (zwecks genauer Uhrzeit). Das war leider nicht der Fall. Aber unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer war auch Samstag Abend jemand erreichbar. WIr konnten die Zeit dann problemlos rückbestätigen.
Die Fahrer waren sehr freundlich und kompetent und sie haben uns sicher hin und zurück gebracht.

sehr Zufrieden
Hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Wir wurden für die erste Nacht in ein anderes Hotelgebucht. Das Shuttle hat uns ohne Nachforderungen dort hingebracht. Wir brauchten uns nicht vor der Rückfahrt melden, sondern wurden durch den Service kontaktiert.

Transfer in Fuerteventura
Einfache Online Buchung über urlaubstransfers. Jedoch werden versprochene maximal Wartezeiten deutlich überschritten haben 1,5h im Bus auf Abfahrt gewartet obwohl mit max 45min geworben wird. Urlaubstransfers sollte seine realen Transferbedingungen qualitativ monitoren.

Der Transfer hat sehr gut funktioniert, auf der Hinfahrt natürlich etwas länger der Anzahl der Hotels gestundet, der Rücktransfer sehr zügig, weiter zu empfehlen.

Nie wieder
Privattransfer von CDG nach Eurodisney und zurück gebucht. Gelandet um 12.00 Uhr, Fahrer war erst nach zweimaligem 'Anruf um 12.455 Uhr da. Zurück mit Hotline um 17.30 Uhr Transfer vereinbart. Fahrer war angeblich um 16.30 Uhr da, mussten TGV für über 100 € nehmen um das Flugzeug zu erreichen, da Jumbo Tours sich geweigert hat nochmal einen Fahrer zu schicken. Jetzt bin ich auf die Abwicklung meiner Beschwerde durch V-Tours gespannt. Ich werde weiter berichten

Lange Wartezeiten
Rückzu hat der Transfer und angegebene Abholzeit super funktioniert, ein Flugzeug würde ja auch nicht warten. Bei Anreise allerdings saßen wir 1 Stunde im Bus, um auf andere Gäste zu warten. Dann bestand ich darauf , nun zum Ziel gebracht zu werden. Leider hatte der Busfahrer bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt keine Informationen zur genauen Verspätungszeit der anderen Gäste eingeholt. Somit hätten wir durchaus eine weitere Stunde im Bus sitzen können, ohne das etwas passierte. Verspätungen beim Fliegen kann es immer geben, dann muss man aber flexibler sein und zumutbare Wartezeiten takten. Dafür muss man allerdings informiert sein und dort sehe ich Nachholbedarf. Auf Drängen und der Aussage unsererseits, dass mehr als eine Stunde Wartezeit in keinster Weise zumutbar wären, wurden wir in einem kleineren Bus dann zum Ziel gebracht. Da es nun das zweite Mal war, dass wir bei Ankunft am Flughafen sehr lange warten mussten, wird diese Art von Transport wahrscheinlich nicht wieder von uns in Anspruch genommen werden. Eine gewisse Wartezeit ist in Ordnung, aber nicht in diesem Ausmaß.

Der Tarnsafer ging ins falsche Zielhotel. Damit verlängerte sich die Fahrt von 1 h auf 3 h.

Abholung 5 h vor dem Flug
Nach dem Hinflug mussten wir uns 30min. mühsam zum Bus durchfragen. Wir wurden 5 Stunden vor dem Abflug schon abgeholt!!!!
