Der Bus hat gestunken und die Luft war sehr stickig!
Abholung erfolgte sehr pünktlich! Es war aber sehr schwer den Gestank auszuhalten.

Alles prima
Ich hatte einen Transfer vom Flughafen Palma nach Cala D`Or. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Service. Es hat alles super geklappt. In Palma ging es ca. 20 min nach der Landung los. Abgeholt wurde ich beim Rücktransfer ca. 3 Stunden vor der Abflugzeit, was üblich ist und auch reibungslos ablief. 2 Tage vorher erhielt ich eine Info zur Abholzeit in mein Hotel. Ich kann Urlaubstransfers nur empfehlen.

Sehr gute Erfahrung mit dem Dienst
immer pünktlich und freundlich. Aber auf der Rückfahrt zum Flughafen einen großen Umweg gemacht Die Fahrt dauerte fast 1h, obwohl keine anderen Passagiere mitgenommen wurden.

Transfer Lissabon
1. Am Flughafen musste ich erst anrufen, damit wir abgeholt werden! Eigentlich hätte jemand uns mit einem Namensschild empfangen müssen! 30min somit verloren!
2. Gebucht war ein Privat-Transfer zum Hotel, wurden jedoch mittels eines Shuttlebuses mit einer anderen Familie zu den verschieden Hotels transportiert! Wieder etwas Zeit verloren durch Anfahrt eines anderen Hotels!
3. Transfer zum Flughafen: Vereinbart war, dass im Hotel eine Nachricht hinterlassen wird, wann genau wir geholt werden! Mussten aber wieder erst selbst anrufen für diese Info!

Also zusammenfassend: Es war schon ok aber es wurde nicht alles so eingehalten wie auf dem Bestätigungsschreiben angegeben!

Urlaub Barcelona
Wir hatten einen Transfer vom Flughafen Barcelona zum Hotel und wieder zurück gebucht.
Der Transfer hat bestens funktioniert. Der Bus war pünktlich und das Personal sehr freundlich!

Super Transfer
Unser Transfer vom Flughafen Palma de Mallorca nach Alcudia hin und zurück hat perfekt funktioniert, super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis! Die Busse waren jeweils pünktlich sowie die Mitarbeiter der örtlichen Agentur und die Busfahrer sehr freundlich. Lediglich bei der Ankunft in PMI hat es ein paar Minuten gedauert, bis wir den richtigen Bus gefunden hatten, weil der Parkplatz doch sehr groß ist und die Busse mit Busnummern verstreut auf dem Parkplatz stehen. Der nette Reiseleiter von MTS hat jedoch sofort geholfen. Gerne wieder!

Angekommen, aber unrunde Vorbereitung
Musste von Santa Susanna nach Barcelona. Nachdem man mich schon auf der Hinfahrt an einem anderen Hotel rausgelassen hatte, nahm ich Verbindung zum Veranstalter auf. Er wollte dies weiterleiten. Ich erhielt bis Karfreitag keine Rückmeldung, an der deutschen Hotline war keiner zu erreichen, obwohl der AB sagte, ab 10 Uhr besetzt. Die spanische Firma hatte alle Email an das Hotel gesandt. Dort bekam ich dann die Email nach nachfragen. Warum nicht an meine Adresse?
Würde dann wieder an dem anderen Hotel (5hrs vorher) abgeholt ( bei unserem Hotel konnte man auch schlecht halten).insgesamt befriedigend, kann man besser machen.
