Transfer soweit in Ordnung / Mitteilung der Abholzeiten Mangelhaft
Der Transfer an sich hat schnell und zuverlässig geklappt.
Auf dem Voucher für den Rücktransfer stand jedoch das wir die Abholzeiten von der "Reiseleitung im Hotel" erhalten werden. Da wir jedoch nicht pauschal gebucht haben, fühlte sich nicht wirklich jemand zuständig und ich musste daher im Urlaub hinterhertelefonieren um unsere Abholzeiten zu erfahren, daher leider nur bedingt zu empfehlen. Eine E-Mail oder SMS mit den Abholzeiten bzw. die Möglichkeit diese Online einzusehen, eine Nachricht an der Rezeption zu hinterlegen oder wenigstens klar zu definieren wer die angebliche Reiseleitung sein soll, sollte eigentlich nicht zuviel verlangt sein.

Beide Fahrten waren super.
Nur das der Fahrer vor Fahrtantritt schon Trinkgeld wollte fand ich nicht toll.

Transfer Newark - Manhatten - Newark
Die online Buchung sowie der komplette Transfer haben reibungslos funktioniert - am Flughafen in NY wurden wir recht schnell einem Bus zugewiesen (Fahrer holte die Fahrgäste persönlich am Transferschalter ab) und auf dem Rückweg wurden wir pünktlich am Hotel wieder abgeholt. Beide Fahrer waren nett und zuvorkommend. Auch den Preis fanden wir vollkommen top - wir können "Urlaubstransfer" nur weiter empfehlen!

Ein echter Komfortgewinn!
Beim Verlassen der Ankunftshalle in Empfang genommen und direkt zum Hotel gefahren zu werden ist ein unglaublich angenehmer Luxus insbesondere im Vergleich zum Standardtransfer: Warten im Bus bis alle da sind und dann eine mehr oder weniger lange Stadtrundfahrt. Ich werde den Privattransfer wieder buchen.

Reibungsloser Urlaubstransfer
Wir haben zum ersten Mal einen Urlaubstransfer selbst gebucht und sind von der Abwicklung sehr zufrieden gewesen.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wir mußten selber den Transfer organisieren!!!!
Wir wurden nicht wie auf dem Voucher beschrieben 24h vor dem Flug im Hotel kontaktiert. Trotz den Telekommunikationsschwierigkeiten in Kuba riefen wir und auch der Neckermann-Agent vor Ort die auf dem Voucher angegebene Mobilrufnummer, aber diese Nummer existierte nicht!!! Ich sendete auch eine E-Mail und schilderte die Situation an [email protected], aber auch diese Maßnahme brachte keine Lösung! Folglich haben wir ca. 3 Stunden vor dem Flug ein Taxi zum Flughafen genommen.

Costa Calma - FUE Airport
Buchung klappte gut, auch Abholzeit per Email an der Rezeption hinterlegt.
Abholzeit: 06.04 h ab Best Age
06.25 h kam ein großer Bus von vielen Tours - VTours war nicht angeschrieben.
Wir (noch 2 Pers.) sind dann mit diesem Bus gut am Airport angekommen, ich weiß bis heute nicht, ob das der richtige von Urlaubstransfer war, ist aber egal.
