Drei Stunden für ein paar Kilometer

Die Transferzeit vom Flughafen zum Hotel ist bei Shuttle-Transfers von der Anzahl der angefahrenen Hotels abhängig und kann sich je nach gebuchten Gästen verlängern. Für Transfers ohne Wartezeiten und ohne Zwischenstopp empfehlen wir für Ihren nächsten Urlaub die Buchung eines Privat Transfers. Wir hoffen Sie hatten dennoch einen schönen Urlaub und würden uns freuen, Sie wieder auf einem unserer Transfers begrüßen zu dürfen.

Sicher - aber nicht ganz pünktlich
Wir hatten den Transfer vom Flughafen Antalya ins Hotel nach Side-Colakli und wieder zurück über urlaubstransfers.de gebucht. Sowohl auf dem Hinweg wie auf dem Rückweg kam es zu leichten Pannen - der "Abholer" am Flughafen kam etwa 15 Minuten zu spät, so dass wir erst einmal etwas ratlos vor dem Inlandsterminal herum standen. Für den Rückweg eine Woche später war im Internet eine Abholzeit von 07.55 Uhr vermerkt - tatsächlich kam der Kleinbus aber erst 20 Minuten später. Die beiden Transfers gingen aber trotzdem solide über die Bühne, so dass wir unser Hotel sicher erreicht haben. Beim Rückweg gab es noch eine kleine Panne, da der Fahrer nicht bemerkt hatte, dass wir vom Inlandsterminal (via Istanbul) nach Deutschland zurück fliegen. Erst nachdem wir darauf hingewiesen hatten, war der Fahrer bereit, uns vom internationalen Terminal zum etwa 5 Fahrminuten entfernten Inlandsterminal zu fahren. Ganz offensichtlich war dem Fahrer nicht aufgefallen, dass er Gäste im Kleinbus hatte, die zum internationalen wie auch zum nationalen Terminal gebracht werden sollten.

Hotelpersonal nicht informiert
Bei der Ankunft mussten wir über eine halbe Stunde auf unseren Bus warten.
Am Tag vor der Abfahrt erkundigten wir uns an der Rezeption nach der Abholzeit. Es gab keine Mappe, keine Mail und der Herr an der rezeption wußte von nichts. Am Ende hat uns die Telefonnummer geholfen.

Transfer vom Flughafen Fuerteventura ins Hotel
Pünktlich, zuverlässig und freundlich!! Die Uhrzeit für den Transfer vom Hotel zum Flughafen wurde rechtzeitig der Rezeption mitgeteilt.

Transfers zu dem Hotel und Flughafen
Der Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel war wie beschreiben perfekt. Nur ich im Auto und keine weiteren Hotels mussten angefahren werden. Die Rückreiese war weniger gut. Der Fahrer war nicht wie vereinbart 04:30 Uhr im Hotel, hatte nicht meinen Namen und an der Receiption und bei mir entstand Hektik. Ausserdem waren 2 weitere Personen im Auto und es war sehr eng.Volle Enttäuschung.

Alles hat bestens geklappt !
Bereits meine Fragen vor der Buchung wurden sehr schnell und genau beantwortet, der eigentliche Transfer war dann nur noch ein Kinderspiel. Diesen Urlaubstransfer kann ich nur empfehlen und würde ihn jederzeit wieder buchen.
