Die Organisation bei Ankunft Flughafen Barcelona war recht unorganisiert. Nachdem ich Ansprechpartner am anderen Ende des Flughafengebäudes gefunden hatte, ging alles jedoch prima. Besonders die Rückruf war schön, da der ältere Fahrer sehr guter Laune und Auskunftserteilung war.

Man kann auch Gutes noch verbessern
Der Abholtransfer hat auf uns gewartet, obwohl der Flieger 40 Minuten Verspätung hatte. Das fanden wir prima, wie auch die rechtzeitige Info zur Abholung im Hotel. Weniger schön war der weite Weg in Izmir zum Parkplatz für den Transferbus. Da wäre der Hinweis auf die Nutzung eines Gepäckwagens hilfreich gewesen, denn beim Kofferziehen bekommt man bei der Entfernung lange Arme.
Der Transferfahrer hat aber nicht gefragt, bei welchem Terminal die Mitfahrer abgesetzt werden wollten. Für uns war der Internationale Abflug o.k., Mitreisende in unserem Transferbus hätten am Domestic Terminal abgesetzt werden müssen.
