Unsere Abflugzeit betrug an diesem Tag 9.10 Uhr ab
Palma de Mallorca nach Hannover. Schon um 4.35 Uhr wurden wir vom Hotel abgeholt, das waren 4 Std. 35 Min. Gegen 6.00 Uhr waren wir am Flughafen, wo wir noch eine halbe Stunde warten mussten, bis die Schalter von Condor überhaupt geöffnet wurden.
Schon im April diesen Jahres wurden wir am Abreisetag 4 Std. 45 Min. vorher abgeholt, wo wir auch mehr als 3 Std. vor Abflugzeit am Flughafen waren, was mein Mann und ich auch nicht lustig fanden. Aber diesmal empfanden wir es noch unangenehmer, da es in den frühen Morgenstunden war. Im vergangenen Jahr Oktober waren wir mit der Abholung zufrieden, da es zu einer "vernüftigen" Zeit war.
Dieses hatte ich Ihnen auch schon in meiner letzten Bewertung mitgeteilt. Leider kam darauf keinerlei Reaktion aus Ihrem Hause!

Bei Ankunft in Palma großes Suchen von "Open Travel Service".
Fast 3 Std. Fahrt bis zum Esperanza Park. Wir waren 12 Personen und die Kinder stellten fest, dass der Transfer länger dauerte als der Flug von Berlin nach Mallorca. Zurück war alles ok.

Hinfahrt schnell aber sehr anonym. Fahrer konnte kein Englisch.
Die Hinfahrt war ein privattransport. Leider konnte der Fahrer kein Englisch. Er bekam kein Ton raus. Es wurde auch kein Getränk angeboten. Ich hätte auch gerne ein Euro bezahlt.
Die Rückfahrt war ein Sammeltransfer. Sehr früh abgeholt ( 4 Std.) und dann der Hammer am falschen Terminal rausgelassen. Eine Unverschämtheit. Ein Terminalmitarbeiter hat sich gekümmert und wir wurden dann von einem anderen Bus mitgenommen.

zum Weiterempfehlen
Transfer Flughafen santo domingo - bayahibe reibungslos. Rücktransfer vom hotel 30 Minuten später als angegeben. Bus kam also später. Ansonsten alles ok.

Naja
Bei der Ankunft hat alles super geklappt.Was ich allerdings bemängeln muss ist die Fahrweise unseres Fahres.
Bei der Abreise hat es nicht geklappt.Wir haben söge und schreibe 9Stunden auf dem Flughafen sitzen müssen da Sie kein weiteres Auto hatten was uns zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt dort hinbringt
