Die erste Bestellung / Anfrage / Lieferung nur nach schriftlichem Kontakt. Sie haben wahrscheinlich keine Lust, dass jemand telefonisch in ihrem Namen einfach so irgendwelche Dinge im Internet bestellen kann?! Ja, eben, wir auch nicht ;)
