ich fasse mal zusammen:
1. Bestellung am Dienstag, 08.07.2014 aufgegeben.
2. Bestellung am gleichen Tag bearbeitet und ausgeliefert, online Tracking Information mit Sendungslink mitgeteilt.
3. Rückmeldung durch Sie per e-mail am 15.07.2014, 11:28 h, dass die Sendung an die Rechnungsanschrift und nicht an die angegebene Lieferanschrift geliefert worden ist.
4. Vorgang hier geprüft und festgestellt, dass tatsächlich die Rechnungsanschrift als Lieferanschrift übernommen worden ist. Schriftliche Entschuldigung per e-mail 15.07.2014, 11:45 h.
5. 15.07.2014, 11:47 h, Bewertung hier abgegeben.
Dazu stelle ich fest:
1. Ware wie bestellt geliefert / angekommen.
2. Zu keinem Zeitpunkt gab es eine Rückmeldung, dass es mit der Zustellung eventuell eine Unregelmäßigkeit gibt, so dass wir hätten von unserer Seite korrigierend oder lösend eingreifen können.
3. Die Möglichkeit der Mitarbeit an der Lösung wurde uns nicht gegeben.
