Bruch bei Versand
Ich habe 3 Engel als Weihnachtsgeschenke bestellt, leider waren bei 2 Engeln die Flügel abgebrochen, sodass ich sie wieder zurückgesandt habe und so auch keine Geschenke hatte, da die Lieferzeit für eine Ersatzbestellung zu lange war.
Das nächste mal bitte besser verpacken, war nur eine sehr dünne Noppenfolie um die Engel und der freie Platz im Paket war nur Packpapier ausgefüllt.
Ich habe mich sehr geärgert.
