Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war wieder sehr gut, ebenfalls die Verpackung, Info über Lieferdatum, etc. Ich bin, nach wie vor, begeistert und werde wieder bestellen!

Paket kam beschädigt an
das o.g. Paket kam sehr beschädigt an. Ursächlich ist während des Versands sicherlich ein anderes, schweres Paket darauf gefallen. Aber mit so etwas muss man immer rechnen.
Ergo muss man das Paket so richten, dass bei so einem Vorfall nichts kaputt gehen kann. Im Paket war sehr viel Hohlraum und auch der nur mit etwas Pappe ausgefüllt.
Zum Glück ist wie Ware nur leicht beschädigt worden.
Also beim nächsten Mal das Paket innen besser sichern.

Ihren Hinweis zur Verpackung haben wir an unsere Versandabteilung weitergegeben, damit diese in Zukunft besser darauf achten kann, Hohlräume mit Füllmaterial auszufüllen.
